Lookin' for that Summer Getaway!!!!!!!! Unique property with a good sized, owned lot in the Poplar Beach RV Resort!!!!! Excellent property with a 29 foot Prowler trailer that has an addition built on to it, that encases the trailer, as well. It's a great setup for a larger family or anybody that needs some lake life elbow room. The backyard is where it all happens!!!! Huge, newer, oversized deck, large shed that houses the electrical panel that powers all of the extras, an 8 ft by 12 ft bunkhouse that will sleep 2 to 4 people, a fire pit area and it's all surrounded by trees with no neighbors behind you!!!!!! There is a septic tank, water and a brand new 50 amp service for all the comforts you need. There are also public showers and washrooms on site!!!! The sleeping capacity in total could be 10 to 12 people. All this and it's a 1 hour drive from Saskatoon!!!!! Take an hour and come have a look!!!!!!
